Cathie Wood’s ARK Investment scooped up 18,583 shares of Advanced Micro Devices Inc. AMD shares Monday, a chunk of stock valued at about $2 million based on the day’s closing price of $107.51. The shares were added to ARK’s Autonomous Technology & Robotics ETF ARKQ, and AMD now represents 0.1966% of that fund. ARK also bought 18,106 shares of Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co.

PacWest Bancorp PACW said Monday it agreed to sell a lender finance loan portfolio to Ares Management Corp. ARES in a deal expected to provide $2 billion before transaction costs for the bank. Advanced Micro Devices Inc. AMD shares on Monday were on track for a seventh consecutive session of losses. AMD shares fell as much as 2.6% to an intraday low of $107.20, and were last down 1.1%. Over the past seven sessions, the stock has dropped 14.5%, and is looking at its longest losing streak since Sept. 6, when shares fell for seven straight trading days, according to Dow Jones data.
