Zillow Home Value Index: "Real" Values Increases for Second Straight Month

July's ZHVI came in at $348,126, up 0.61% from June and up 1.01% from July 2022. However after adjusting for inflation, the real figures are 0.12% month-over-month and -6.17% year-over-year.
