Housing January 15th Weekly Update: Inventory Up 1.2% Week-over-week, Up 6.7% Year-over-year

Altos reports that active single-family inventory was up 1.2% week-over-week. It is not unusually to get a small increase after the holidays (it happened in 4 of the last 10 years), however inventory will likely decrease a little seasonally until the Spring.
