Fannie reported results for Q1 2023. Here is some information on single-family Real Estate Owned (REOs). Foreclosure have increased slightly since the end of the foreclosure moratorium. Fannie Mae reported the number of REOs increased to 8,780 at the end of Q1 2023, essentially unchanged from 8,779 in Q4 2022, and up 18% from 7,430 at the end of Q1 2022.
