So for a while, I ran Wells Fargo’s 401(k) business because they had acquired that as part of Wells Fargo Nikko Investment Advisors. The advice part of being a financial adviser is the hard part. Some advisor that’s out there can say, “I have generally 1% alpha for the last three years in my model portfolio.”
