This session will take you through what you need to know about how SECURE 2.0, also known as Securing a Strong Retirement Act of 2022 (HR2954), builds on the SECURE Act and its significant changes to retirement. Additionally, we’ll look at the features of the Retirement Improvement and Savings Enhancement to Supplement Healthy Investments for the Nest Egg Act, known as the RISE & SHINE Act, and discuss how it may improve retirement security by creating additional protections for workers and retirement savers. Lastly, Larry will take your questions on Tax Planning in Retirement so you can avoid unintended tax consequences in retirement.
